Hi Dulce! Great video I also take medication for depression and I feel ashamed to talk about. I love how open you are about your story. I have the same side effects with Lexapro that you mentioned. I haven’t heard of oxolate but I’m so happy it’s working for you. Is your new medication just called Oxolate or does it go by another name? I want to discuss different options with my doctor and I might mention oxalate so I don’t have those side effects that I don’t enjoy. Thank you for this video.

Hellooo, I used to watch you in my early 20s. I've been doing something similar with finding myself, except I'm going through the route of reconnecting with my indigenous ancestry and connecting with my ancestors. Also connecting with my Mexican culture, helping my community and family, and helping them heal from the interanilized racism of being indigenous. It's been so fulfilling to me. Don't know if you've tackled that, but I would be curious to know what you think of it! Or see any connections with what you are during and what we already do in Mexican or indigenous cultures.

My biggest inspiration is my 91 year old grandma. She started in her late 70s to walk 5 miles every morning. Incredible energy, perfect memory, more rejuvenated now than 20 years ago. I just turned 35, and this week I decided to start my own wellness journey. Thank you Dulce Candy! Been following since over 10 years ago I think. 😅❤

Y’all know people can have a relationship with God and Jesus and still do yoga right? Like 2 things can be true at the same time? These “new age” practices are actually pretty ancient…even older than religion 🫢 I’ve never wanted to do anything “evil” after yoga or meditation…Yes I still pray. Don’t let the western world fool you out of your divinity. These practices have brought me closer to Jesus (and myself) than the western version of Christianity ever could. All love 🙏🏼

Here is my question: @duclecandy first of thank you for your honesty. When you try to stop and realize that depression comes back, doesnt it make you feel like all the exercice, meditation, diet, prayers... is just not helping after all and get discouraged that basically its only the meds that are working?

Also.. the liver produces vitamin d and the sun rays synthesizes it. All the sun in the world won’t “give” you vitamin d. I had my liver checked and it was barely producing vitamin d and I live in the Miami sun year round

I haven't fact checked, but as much as I've heard the common knowledge is that if people wear sunscreen then they don't really get the good benefits from the sun either, eg vit-D is more difficult to get.

I love this <3 I'm off of my lexapro after 3 years but these constant questions circled me whenever I initially decided to go on it and when I decided to go up in my dosage at one point. This just makes me feel like if I did decide to go back on it I will be ok :)

I used to be a follower of yours, but I stopped following you because of the new age practices that you were practicing and I see that you are still practicing new age which are yoga and meditation I pray that God delivers you from these practices. 🙏🏽

The situation I have with a friend currently is like this, just a little toned down. Sometimes she would listen, but not fully and would not even give a proper response. Other times she would interrupt me in the middle of what I’m saying. Over text she used to greet me almost every day but wouldn’t ask how I was. She would just text “Hiii” and nothing else, kind of forcing me to be the first to ask how she was. I then started responding after a few days and having very dry responses to her texts in hopes she would just leave me alone (I forgot to mention she would talk about the same drama ever single time- crush, period, illness, school, etc) and I feel kind of bad about it, but at least she leaves me alone now. Should I apologize for leaving her on read and having dry responses? Should I bring it up to her what she was doing?

Yoga is a Hindu practice that is not of God as well when it says to meditate that means to get deeper into the word of God it does not mean to physically meditate. These two practices would be considered New Age.
